Local service businesses use TRframework as their front desk. It’s set up for them by the partners and resellers who serve their trade — one platform, many businesses, each kept separate.
How we use SMS
Text messaging is opt-in. A customer of one of the businesses we serve consents to texts either by checking the consent box on that business’s online request form (see our sample form) or verbally when they call in.
Messages are transactional — appointment confirmations, updates about the service the customer requested, and replies to a conversation the customer started. Every message identifies the business it’s from. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply.
Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help — honored the moment they’re received.
